1. Basic requirements for containers and container matching packaging materials

1. Bottle

The bottle body should be stable, smooth, and the thickness of the bottle wall should be basically uniform, without obvious scars or deformation, and there should be no cold explosion and cracks. The bottle mouth should be straight and smooth, without burrs (burrs), and the thread and bayonet matching structure should be intact and straight. The bottle and the cap should fit tightly, without slipping, loosening, and leakage. The inside and outside of the bottle should be clean.

2. Hose

The body of the hose should be smooth, neat, uniform in thickness, without obvious scratches, and the color should be uniform. The hose seal should be firm and straight, and there should be no opening or wrinkles (except for normal mold indentations). The composite film of the hose should not float.

3. Cover

Inner cover: The inner cover should be complete, smooth, clean and not deformed. The inner cover should fit well with the bottle and the outer cover. The inner cover should not be missing.

Outer cover: The outer cover should be straight, smooth, without broken, cracked, burred (burred). The color of the outer cover should be uniform. The thread matching structure of the outer cover should be intact.

The color of the outer cover with electroplated aluminum or hot stamping should be uniform. The flip-top outer cover should be flexible to flip up and there should be no breakage at the connection. The cover and the bottle should fit tightly without slipping or loosening.

4. Spray can

The can body is flat, without rust spots, the weld is smooth, there is no obvious scratches or concave cans, and the color should be uniform. The roll mouth of the spray can should be smooth, without wrinkles, cracks and deformation. The cover of the spray can should meet the requirements of 5.3.2.

5. Spray head

The spray head should be straight, clean, and free of damage and cracks. The assembly parts of the nozzle should be intact to ensure smooth spraying.

2. Basic quality requirements for flexible packaging

1. Bags

The bags should not have obvious wrinkles, scratches, or air bubbles. The color of the bags should be uniform. The bag seal should be firm, without openings, perforations, or leakage (paste). The composite bag should be firmly laminated and evenly coated.

2. Plastic seal

The plastic seal should be firmly bonded without cracking. The surface of the plastic seal should be clean and free of damage. There should be no wrong installation, missing installation, or inverted installation in the plastic seal.

3. Basic quality requirements for cosmetic packaging materials

1. Ingot tube

The body of the ingot tube should be straight and smooth, without cracks, burrs (burrs), and should not have obvious scratches. The color should be uniform. The parts of the ingot tube should be properly matched to ensure that the contents can be screwed out or pushed out normally.

2. Makeup pen

The pen holder and pen cover of the cosmetic pen should be smooth and straight, without debonding, and the paint film should not crack. The pen holder and pen cap of the cosmetic pen should be properly matched. The color of the cosmetic pen should be uniform.

IV. Basic quality requirements for outer packaging

1. Box

The box surface should be smooth and straight, without obvious scratches, burrs (burrs), severe deflation and damage. The box should be opened with appropriate tightness. When taking the flower box, you should not peel it open with your fingers. You should pinch the edge of the lid and the bottom should not fall off. The mirror surface, contents and box inside the box should be firmly attached, the mirror image should be good, and there should be no scratches or damage on the bottom.

2. Printing and labeling

The patterns and handwriting printed on the cosmetic packaging should be neat, clear, not easy to fall off, and the color should be uniform. The label of the cosmetic packaging should not be wrong, missing, or upside down, and the pasting should be firm. The label requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB 5296.3.

4. Flower box

The flower box should be tightly matched with the middle box packaging. The flower box should be clean, straight, flat, and the lid should be closed. There should be no wrinkles, missing edges, or missing corners. The adhesive parts of the flower box should be firmly pasted without any traces of pasting, cracking, or mutual adhesion. The product should not be wrongly installed, missing, or inverted.

5. Middle box

The middle box should be tightly matched with the flower box packaging. The middle box should be clean, straight, flat, and the lid should be closed. The adhesive parts of the middle box should be firmly pasted without any traces of pasting, cracking, or mutual adhesion. The product should not be wrongly installed, missing, or inverted. The middle box label should be straight, clean, and complete, and the product name, specifications, box quantity, and producer name should be indicated as needed.

V. Basic quality requirements for transport packaging

The transport packaging should be neat, straight, smooth, and firmly sealed. The product should not be wrongly installed, missing, or inverted. The markings on the transport packaging should be clear, complete and appropriately positioned, and should indicate the product name, producer name and address, net content, product quantity, whole case mass (gross weight), volume, production date and shelf life or production batch number and expiration date as required.
