Filling process of cosmetic vacuum bottle

The vacuum bottle pump has no straw, so that the inner material can be completely isolated from the air, avoiding oxidation and deterioration of the product due to contact with the air, and breeding bacteria, and improving the product grade with its high-tech concept. The vacuum bottle commonly used in the market is composed of a cylindrical or ellipsoidal container and a piston placed at the bottom.

Its design principle is to use the contraction force of the spring and prevent air from entering the bottle to create a vacuum state, and use atmospheric pressure to push the piston at the bottom of the bottle forward.

Vacuum bottles are filled by vacuum filling machines.

Vacuum filling machines are machines that fill when the pressure in the bottle is lower than the atmospheric pressure. They use continuous vacuum suction to draw the product into the container. The continuous suction is generated by a vacuum pump connected to a vacuum chamber and a special filling valve.

The process of filling cosmetics is not a vacuum environment. After the finished cosmetics are filled into the container, the gas will be drawn away by the machine, so that bacteria lose their breeding ground. However, whether bacteria enter depends on the production process of the cosmetics and the storage conditions during use.

The continuous suction is generated by a vacuum pump connected to a vacuum chamber and a special filling valve. The general process is as follows: boxes with empty bottles are stacked on pallets and sent to the unloading machine by a conveyor belt. The pallets are unloaded one by one. The boxes are sent to the unloading machine by the conveyor belt. The empty bottles are taken out of the boxes. The empty boxes are sent to the box washer by the conveyor belt. After being cleaned, they are sent to the carton packing machine so that the bottles containing beverages can be loaded into them.

The empty bottles taken out from the unloading machine are sent to the bottle washer by another conveyor belt for disinfection and cleaning. After being inspected by the bottle inspection machine and meeting the cleaning standards, they enter the filling machine and capping machine. The beverages are filled into bottles by the filling machine. The bottles filled with beverages are capped and sealed by the capping machine and transported to the labeling machine for labeling. After being labeled, they are sent to the carton packing machine to be loaded into boxes and then sent to the pallet stacking machine to be stacked on pallets and sent to the warehouse.
