1. Barrier performance testing of cosmetic packaging testing instruments
Barrier property refers to the barrier effect of packaging materials on permeates such as gases (such as oxygen) and liquids (water vapor). Barrier performance is an important factor affecting the quality of products during the shelf life. The instrument information list is as follows:
1. Perme-DM2/330 dual-test gas permeability tester: differential pressure and equal pressure dual-method testing, used for gas permeability testing of plastic films, composite films, sheet materials and finished containers. 2. 2. Cosmetic packaging strength test
Strength test includes indicators such as packaging material tensile strength, composite film peel strength, heat seal strength, tear strength, and puncture resistance. Tensile strength refers to the maximum stress value that the material can withstand before breaking. Through testing, it can effectively solve the packaging damage and breakage caused by external force due to insufficient mechanical strength of the selected packaging materials. Peel strength is also called composite strength. It is to test the bonding strength between layers in the composite film. If the bonding strength is too low, it is very easy to cause leakage and other problems such as separation between layers during packaging use. Heat seal strength is to test the strength of the seal. During the storage and transportation of the product, once the heat seal strength is too low, it will cause problems such as cracking of the heat seal and leakage of contents. Puncture resistance is an indicator for evaluating the ability of packaging to resist puncture by hard objects.

3. Cosmetic packaging sealing performance test

IV. Headspace gas analysis of cosmetic packaging
HGA-01 headspace gas analyzer is used to determine the content and mixing ratio of oxygen and carbon dioxide in sealed packaging bags, bottles, cans and other packaging items; it is suitable for quickly and accurately evaluating the content and ratio of gas components in packaging items in production lines, warehouses, laboratories and other occasions, so as to guide production and ensure the shelf life of products.
V. Impact resistance test of cosmetic packaging
Test the impact resistance of packaging materials to ensure that the selected packaging materials can effectively protect the products. There are two test methods for impact resistance test: dart impact and pendulum impact.
1. BMC-B1 dart impact tester: free falling dart test method, which determines the impact mass and energy of plastic film or sheet when the sample is broken under the impact of free falling dart at a given height.
2. FIT-01 film impact tester is used to measure the impact resistance of plastic film, thin film, composite film, aluminum foil and other materials. The hemispherical punch of the film impact tester impacts and passes through the film sample at a certain speed, and the energy consumed by the punch is measured to evaluate the film’s ability to resist pendulum impact.
VI. Tear performance test of cosmetic packaging:
During the storage and transportation of products, the packaging may be torn due to external forces. Sufficient tear propagation force can reduce tear transmission and avoid packaging leakage

VII. Cosmetic packaging friction coefficient (surface smoothness)
The inner and outer surfaces of food films should have appropriate smoothness to ensure that they have good opening and can be smoothly transported and packaged on high-speed production lines.
1. MXD series friction coefficient tester: suitable for measuring the static friction coefficient and dynamic friction coefficient of plastic films, thin films, paper and other materials when sliding. By measuring the smoothness of the material, the opening of the packaging bag, the packaging speed of the packaging machine and other production quality process indicators can be controlled to meet the product use requirements. This series includes three products: MXD-01, MXD-01A, and MXD-02.
2. FTP-F1 Friction Coefficient/Peel Tester: Computer-controlled, it can test the friction coefficient of the material from room temperature to 99.9 degrees, and can also test the peel strength test of composite films and adhesive products at very low temperatures.
8. Cosmetic packaging thickness measurement
Thickness is the basic indicator for detecting thin films. Uneven thickness will not only affect the tensile strength and barrier properties of the film, but also affect the subsequent processing of the film.

IX. Printing product testing instruments
1. Printing ink layer bonding strength: ygj-02 adhesive tape roller and blj-02 disc peeling tester, the two machines are used together, suitable for testing the bonding strength of the printing ink layer of plastic film and glass paper decorative printed products (including composite film printed products) produced by gravure printing process.
