7. The production cycle of hose is generally 15-20 days (starting from the confirmation of sample tube). The order quantity of a single product is 5,000-10,000. Large-scale manufacturers usually start with 10,000. Very few small manufacturers, if there are many varieties, can also start with 3,000 for a single product. Few customers make molds by themselves. Most of them are public molds (a few special lids are private molds). There is a ±10% deviation between the contract quantity and the actual supply quantity in this industry.

8. The quality of hoses and manufacturers vary greatly in price. The plate making fee is usually 200-300 yuan per color. The tube body can be multi-color printed and silk-screened. Some manufacturers have thermal transfer equipment and technology. Hot stamping and hot silvering are calculated by area unit price. Silk-screen printing has better effect, but the cost is more expensive and there are fewer manufacturers. Different manufacturers should be selected according to different levels of needs.

9. Combination form:

A: Hose + outer cover / hoses are often made of PE plastic.

According to the thickness of the product, it is divided into single-layer tube (mostly used, low cost) and double-layer tube (good sealing performance). According to the shape of the product, it is divided into round hose (mostly used, with lower cost) and flat hose, also known as special-shaped tube (needs secondary joints, with higher cost). The outer caps commonly used for hoses include screw caps (single-layer and double-layer, double-layer outer caps are mostly electroplated caps to increase the grade of the product, which looks more beautiful, and professional lines mostly use screw caps) and flip caps.

B. Production process:

Bottle body: Directly produce plastic products to add color, with color for multiple uses, and also transparent, which is less used.

Printing: Silk screen printing (using special colors, small and few color blocks, the same as plastic bottle printing, requires color overprinting, commonly used in professional line products) and offset printing (similar to paper printing, large and colorful color blocks, commonly used in daily chemical line products.), as well as hot stamping and hot silver.
