Cosmetic printing process can be generally divided into five areas: screen printing, hot stamping, water transfer, thermal transfer, offset printing. The following Yu plastic packaging were introduced to the characteristics of these five printing process:
Printing process
Silkscreen: the effect of printing on it has a clear sense of concavity and convexity, because it is a layer of ink.
Silk-screen printing of the rules of the bottle (cylindrical) can be printed once completed, the other irregular piece of a one-time cost, the color is also a one-time cost, divided into two kinds of self-drying ink and UV ink.
Hot stamping: is a thin layer of paper stamping on it, so there is no silkscreen bumpy feeling.
Stamping is best not directly on the PE and PP these two materials, you need to carry out a heat transfer before stamping or a good hot stamping paper can also be directly stamped.
Water transfer: is placed in the water for irregular printing process, printed out the pattern is not consistent, and more expensive.
Thermal transfer: thermal transfer is mostly used for large quantities, printing complex products, belonging to a film attached to the surface, the price is expensive.
Offset printing: mostly used for aluminum-plastic hose and all-plastic hose, offset printing if the color hose to do the white must be silkscreen, offset printing will have the bottom color through out, sometimes attached to the surface of the hose a layer of bright film or sub-film.
