The soft cosmetic tube plays an important role in the field of cosmetic packaging. It has excellent gas barrier properties, which can effectively prevent the penetration of oxygen and odorous gases, and prevent the leakage of contents, aromas and active ingredients. The body caliber ranges from 13mm to 60mm. When a certain caliber is selected, different capacities can be obtained by intercepting different lengths. The capacity can be adjusted between 3ml and 360ml. For aesthetic coordination, calibers below 60ml usually use calibers below 35mm, while calibers of 100ml and 150ml usually use calibers from 35mm to 45mm, and calibers above 150ml require calibers above 45.

From a technical point of view, they can be divided into round tubes, oval tubes, flat tubes, and super flat tubes. Flat tubes and super flat tubes are more complicated than other tube processes. They are also new types of tubes produced in recent years, so the price is relatively expensive.

Tube caps can be divided into flat head caps, round head caps, high caps, flip caps, super flat caps, double caps, spherical caps and lipstick caps. Tube caps can also be processed with various processes, including gold, silver, colored, transparent, oil filling, electroplating, etc. Nib caps and lipstick caps are usually equipped with inner plugs. The process of tube caps is usually injection molding.

Some products need to be filled before sealing, and the sealing can be dipped: straight sealing tail, twill sealing tail, umbrella sealing tail, star point sealing tail and special-shaped sealing tail, and you can add the date code to be printed at the end of the sealing tail as needed.

Test tubes can be made of colored test tubes, transparent test tubes, and polished feeling test tubes can be made into colored or transparent pearlescent test tubes with matte and bright light.

Regarding the printing method, the tube body can be multi-color printed and screen printed, and the screen printing is charged according to the number of colors. Our factory also has heat transfer equipment and technology, and the cost of hot stamping and hot silver is calculated per unit area. For tubes, silk screen printing has good effect, but the cost is slightly more expensive. Buyers can choose different manufacturers according to different requirements of quality and price.

In our cosmetic packaging factory, the production cycle of soft cosmetic tubes is usually 10 to 20 days from the confirmation of sample tubes. Since the capacity requirements of cosmetic tubes are higher, the order quantity is usually 10,000 pieces, so there are often customers who have their own molds and make some special cover molds.
