Production process of oval cosmetic hose:

2.1 Extraction of hose – extract the hose body with corresponding diameter and length according to customer requirements.

2.2.1 Shoulderless offset printing – 1-6 color silk screen printing, determine the gloss and frosted effect according to customer requirements.

2.2.2 Shoulderless silk screen printing, hot stamping, labeling – complete the silk screen printing, hot stamping and labeling processes according to customer design requirements.

2.3 Shoulder injection – inject the corresponding shoulder according to the customer’s cap matching situation.

2.4 Locking cap or sealing tail: lock the cap or seal the tail according to customer requirements.
