1. Plastic bottles are usually made of PP, PE, K material, AS, ABS, acrylic, PET, etc.

2. Cream bottles, bottle caps, bottle stoppers, gaskets, pump heads, and dust covers with thicker walls of cosmetic containers are usually injection molded; PET blow bottles are two-step molding, tube embryos are injection molded, and finished product packaging is blown bottles. Others such as lotion bottles and washing bottles with thinner container walls are blown bottles.

3. PET material is an environmentally friendly material with high barrier properties, light weight, unbreakable characteristics, chemical resistance, and strong transparency. It can be made into pearlescent, colored, magnetic white, and transparent, and is widely used in packing gel water. The bottle mouth is generally a standard 16#, 18#, 22#, and 24# caliber, which can be used with a pump head.

4. Acrylic bottles are injection-molded bottles with poor chemical resistance. Generally, they cannot be directly filled with pastes. They need to be equipped with an inner liner to block them. It is not easy to fill them too full to prevent the paste from entering between the inner liner and the acrylic bottle to avoid cracking. The packaging requirements during transportation are high because scratches are particularly obvious. They have high permeability and the upper wall looks very thick, but the price is quite expensive.

5. AS, ABS: AS has better transparency than ABS and better toughness.

6. Mold development cost: Blowing molds cost 1,500-4,000 yuan, and injection molds cost 8,000-20,000 yuan. Stainless steel molds are more expensive than alloy materials, but they are durable. How many molds can be produced at a time depends on the production volume. If the production volume is large, you can choose a mold with four or six molds. Customers can decide for themselves.

7. The order quantity is generally 3,000-10,000, and the color can be customized. Usually, the primary color frosting and magnetic white are the main colors, or pearlescent powder effects are added. Although the bottle and the cap are equipped with the same masterbatch, sometimes the colors are different due to the different materials used for the bottle and the cap.

8. Silk screen printing has ordinary ink and UV ink. UV ink has better effect, gloss and three-dimensional sense. During production, the color should be confirmed by making a plate first. The silk screen printing effect on different materials will be different.

9. There are differences between hot stamping and silver stamping and the effects of gold and silver powder. Hard materials and smooth surfaces are more suitable for hot stamping and silver stamping. Soft surfaces have poor hot stamping effects and are easy to fall off. The glossiness of hot stamping and silver stamping is better than that of gold and silver stamping.

10. Silk-screen film should be negative, the image and text effect is black, and the background color is transparent. Hot stamping and silver stamping should be positive, the image and text effect is transparent, and the background color is black. The proportion of text and pattern should not be too small or too fine, otherwise the printing effect will not be good.

11. Bottle caps are generally equipped with inner gaskets, pull caps, inner plugs, and very few are equipped with small spoons or droppers. This is mainly to consider its sealing and ease of use.

12. The production cycle is relatively moderate, about 15 days. Silk-screen cylindrical bottles are calculated as single-color, flat bottles or special-shaped bottles are calculated as two-color or multi-color. Usually, the first silk-screen screen fee or fixture fee is charged. The unit price of silk-screen printing is generally 0.08 yuan/color to 0.1 yuan/color, the screen is 100 yuan to 200 yuan/style, and the fixture is about 50 yuan/piece.
