Few industries have the potential to develop loyal, die-hard customers like beauty and cosmetics. Beauty products are must-haves in bathroom cabinets around the world. Whether one wants the “I woke up like this” look or the edgy “makeup is a work of art you wear on your face” feel, nearly every woman (not to mention man!) uses beauty products on a daily basis.
This means that if you have a line of beauty products or cosmetics, there’s a chance something is seriously wrong. But it also means that if you want to take over the company and take it into your own hands, you’re going to need to find a way to cut through the clutter and say to your ideal customer, “Here’s the lipstick for you!” The best way to do that is with packaging. As I wrote in an earlier article: A Brief Analysis of Cosmetic Packaging Design
Your packaging is the first thing your potential customers look at. If your packaging catches their attention and says something they want, they’ll likely take your product home and try it out. If not? It’ll probably be gathering dust on the shelf.
But how exactly do you design a package that will make your ideal customer scream “I needed blush yesterday?” Don’t worry, here at Yusu Packaging we have all the information you need to design a package that will make your product stand out in the market and get your product in your customer’s bag (and ultimately on their face).
